Chain link feature and advantages
1. Friction press machine produced by forged process.
2. Continuous mesh belt furnace heat treatment.

Chain link application
The chain link is used for chain conveyor, scraper conveyor and conveyor system and so on.
The user can select the appropriate type, material and specifications of chain link according to the different transport material and environment.
The overhead conveyor components including drop forged rivetless chain, drop forged overhead trolley, drive chain, trolley attachment, side link pusher dog, rollers turn roller, enclosed track chain, free carrier trolley and so on.
We have supplied our chain to many countries. All chains are forged by 40Cr,20 CrMnTi ,35CrMo and other material.All chains have been heat treated in procession to guarantee the mechanical properity. Some of them can be welded according to your demand, Special size can be forged according to your design.
